10/10
Room was so modern and cozy, felt like a home away from home! The staff treated me like family, especially Frank—he knew all the best spots to check out. Don’t skip the rooftop. those views are somethin’ else. Just wish there were more elevators, they took forever sometimes.

The location provides easy access to local attractions, and the jacuzzi tub room has potential for relaxation.
Cleanliness standards are an issue. the jacuzzi tub appeared dirty with filth in the jets, and the suite's surfaces had visible stains. Breakfast lacked food safety measures, with dairy items left out in warm temperatures, raising concerns. Towels were old and stained, and requests for clean glasses took too long, resulting in receiving dirty ones again.

The area feels secure and is conveniently near numerous dining options. The Deluxe King Suite was beautifully decorated, and its comfort was amplified by the great wifi service and daily cleaning. The gym offered amazing views, though it could benefit from more equipment like a weight bench. Unfortunately, the noise from the street disrupted peace on some nights, impacting sleep, and more elevators would be helpful to avoid long waits when traveling between floors.
